Don’t count on being greeted with any respect and don’t expect them to have your monthly prescription ready. They are rude and its just a joke when you go in there

There were 3 people at the counter and they were so busy visiting with one another that I had to wait. When I finally received my prescriptions and paid they didn't help me understand some of how my medications worked. Basically ignored me after I paid.

I don't think pharmacists get a good rap, they are CHECKING OUR MEDS. With gloves still and somehow disgruntled employees

Probably the most disorganized pharmacy I’ve ever used, and their hours (9-5) are terrible. If you’re looking for a place with a drive through, thrift white and Walmart are a better bet.

I drove from Duluth to pick up prescriptions for my disabled son who lives near your pharmacy. There was a sign up: “Closed June 3 and will reopen June 6”. The pharmacy is also closed Saturday and Sunday. Do you realize how many lives are impacted by your crazy hours?

There are only a few people working at Walgreens (Virginia/Mt Iron) that seem to like their jobs and give good customer service. Bonnie seems to always have a short temper and a chip in her shoulder. You'll never get a smile or any nicety from her. Another employee (Didn't get her name today)..... when asked what I was there for, said "Well, there is a big difference in SUPPOSED TO BE HERE and ARE HERE." Really? Can't anyone there be polite or even courteous in any way? Without customers, you won't have a job. Consider that.

Imagine my surprise when I walked into my small town Walgreens to find a store employee wearing a shirt literally covered with satanic symbols. I'm talking a big upside-down cross, baphomet, hexagrams, pentagrams, etc. It's like someone put every satanic symbol on one shirt, and Walgreens decided it was a good thing to have someone representing their company to wear it. I highly encourage any Christians reading this who use the Virginia, MN Walgreens to change pharmacies.

I have never really had a problem with Walgreens until they adjusted to their new hrs. They have changed their hrs to 9-5, mon-fri with weekends closed. With that being the work schedule for a substantial portion of people, I have to thank Walgreens for making me now make special arrangements to get my medications. I seriously doubt Im the only person with this new problem. Stay open until 6 at least. I will probably be finding an alternate pharmacy. Pretty stupid.

Took a family member here for a COVID test. Everybody else was saying a week to get results and Walgreens promised results within 72 hours. 10 DAYS LATER... still no result.
