Horrible service. I waited patiently at the photo counter when no one else was there. A young lady that saw me was asked right by to a man that just walked up and served him. I said “man did you not see me waiting?” She said I guess not and walked away! All I had to as a quick question but now I’ll take my business elsewhere

Poor behavior and customer service from the employees. A couple of catty older women stocking the shelves, ignoring customers, to make judgemental remarks to each other about me. You didnt think I could hear you? Do better.

Just horrible! Employees seem good natured, hard working but they are pawns of the medical insurance companies. They delay or don't even notify me when I'm there to pick up one prescription often there is another one ready but you have to inquire about it. This becomes a 200 mile drive because I live 100 miles away in rural MN.

I am looking for a pharmacy being new to this area so I thought oh thank god a Walgreens..Um on second thought I don’t think so.. Not with the amount of negative reviews you guys have regarding people picking up and staff handling prescriptions.No no no no no.You guys have to fix this.

Been calling for a month on a perscription. All they needed to do is pull it over from another store. I discussed this with a pharmacy tech and she was very rude and hung up on me! SO DAMN UNPROFFESIONAL!!!

Very sick with COVID. Doctor called it in and I made a half hour trip to Virginia to get it a couple hours later. When I got there they said they didn't have it and it was my responsibility to find a pharmacy that did. By this time several of the local pharmacies were closed, so I finally found one in Duluth. I ended up in the ER that night and I'm sure the stress of that was a big part. Why can't they let me or my doctor know ahead of time if they don't have the med? It would have saved me a lot of time (about 6 total hours) and stress (I was so sick doing all this).

It's a pharmacy.... It takes time to get medication ready, I am confused as to why people complain, when they are serving a town with very few pharmacies. I think this Walgreens is great. When there is an issue, I employ patients, a lot of the complainers should be thinking about more than themselves.

They don't even deserve one star. Terrible customer service. I have a horrible time getting my sons medicine every time the last three months. They even lost a prescription once last month. They said it was the system that dropped. I had to call the doctor to get it sent again.
