They don't even deserve one star. Terrible customer service. I have a horrible time getting my sons medicine every time the last three months. They even lost a prescription once last month. They said it was the system that dropped. I had to call the doctor to get it sent again.

Love this store! Everybody that works here is so helpful and I’ve gotten such good deals on things, 90% off multiple times I’ve came here. The rewards points are awesome too, nothing better than earning free money to spend here! My only complaint (why the 4 stars and not 5) is that you just have to be very careful when purchasing clearance items as the sale prices don’t always ring up at the register. But as long as you’re watching the prices after they scan the items, if it’s not marked correctly they’ve always been very helpful to look into it and give you the corrected sale price. The best part is that they never act like it’s an inconvenience for them to do that either, they are always so helpful and patient!

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to. First they couldn’t find the script despite the nurse speaking directly to the pharmacist. Then they were out of stock and told me the prescription would be ready by noon tomorrow. Stopped by the following day at 1:30 and was informed they couldn’t get the prescription. This was a critical med for my son. I would avoid at all costs. Use the target pharmacy instead. So much more helpful and accommodating.

This is by far the least reliable pharmacy ive ever been too. Ive been denied my prescriptions with ridiculous wait times when there is no one else at the pharmacy no reason it should take 30+ minutes. You are only open during my work hours so my only chance of getting my prescriptions is during a work break. Shouldnt take more then 10 to 15 minutes... very tired of this....

Horrible customer service in the pharmacy. I used to work there and one of the rules when a new script comes in your supposed to link it to the old expired one so there are no problems with the refill. Well apparently that is no longer the rule . After a week of trying to get to someone because the pharmacy is always closed during the time i have time to call , the Pharmacist in a very condescending tone told me that number you called in was expired you needed to call in to check to see if one was on file it is your fault. Really ? so I said I used to work there at that very store and the rule is a new script comes in you attach it to the expired script to make sure there is no break in filling a life saving script , in this case high blood pressure.. The response well its not our fault and yes you have one on hold. Poor customer service , disgusting attitudes , and the hours are awful .

I drove from Duluth to pick up prescriptions for my disabled son who lives near your pharmacy. There was a sign up: “Closed June 3 and will reopen June 6”. The pharmacy is also closed Saturday and Sunday. Do you realize how many lives are impacted by your crazy hours?

They messed up their hours and I was not able to get my prescriptions. I have severe depression and this is supposed to make my depression better. And they were closed without even warning their customers that is ridiculous

There are only a few people working at Walgreens (Virginia/Mt Iron) that seem to like their jobs and give good customer service. Bonnie seems to always have a short temper and a chip in her shoulder. You'll never get a smile or any nicety from her. Another employee (Didn't get her name today)..... when asked what I was there for, said "Well, there is a big difference in SUPPOSED TO BE HERE and ARE HERE." Really? Can't anyone there be polite or even courteous in any way? Without customers, you won't have a job. Consider that.

Well it's 7pm on a Sunday, hours say they were updated 9 weeks ago and the store is closed. This isn't the first time they closed far before the actual closing time. Who is in charge allowing this?? Every other business stays open until their closing hours, which the employees are probably currently shopping at because they closed their store early.

Pharmacist Erica discriminates against conditions with severe pain and refuses to fill prescriptions.1st. Claimed wrong code.Called insurance who gave correct code.2nd. Claimed no prior authorization.Had doctor call and give prior authorization.3rd. Claimed script needs to say for pain.Pointed to where it says for pain.4th. Claimed no prior history of using the medicine.Had insurance send 6 years of history.5th. Made me tell her my conditions and then Flat refused to fill.So I had new script sent to another pharmacy and she actually called them and tried to keep it from getting filled there.I will never again do business with Walgreens. This is why people are turning to street drugs when people refuse to give them their prescription medication. If she is willing to break the law and override a doctors and insurance company orders, as well as, refuse service to people based on their condition. What else is someone like this up to?Absolutely a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Had the very worst experience. My daughters prescription was short 40 pills. It was a nightmare to get the rest of these pills! Never again will I ever use this pharmacy!!!

Walgreens has great deals and I love their stores, but at least half the employees here are slow and too chatty, or rude. It's not necessary to comment on the things I'm buying, just scan them, bag them, and let me leave so the line keeps moving. The tall thin woman and the older shorter woman with the face shield are the worst. Lots of standing around and not actually working. If you'd like to use a coupon from the booklet good luck-it takes them forever to find it. Still, better than Walmart.

Slowest place on earth. I work near this store so I stop by often and there is NEVER anyone working the register or close enough to notice you in line
