I tried contacting Tammy Moyer about an issue with my landlord, have not heard back at all, no email, no phone call. nothing
Even if Tammy Isn't able to help with my landlord situation she could at least contact me back to point me in the right direction on who to talk to, but no, she hasn't Called, she hasn't emailed, no contact was made
if you're working at a company that specializes in rental housing or section 8, then maybe you should have a little more contact with your clients instead ignoring them completely

We are both mentally ill and struggling. That's why we needed SEMMCHRA's help. We thought we had lived here long enough to qualify for the money back. We were a few months off. This has ruined us. Maybe a phonecall??

Been trying to get a response for awhile now on a payment agreement and to talk about discrepancies on what I owe. They charged me for utilities but the utilities took it out of my taxes second they charged me for a carpet they didn't take out when we moved in. We lived there for 5 years the carpet was probably another 3 or 4 years old. Plus the basement carpet had been through a few floods over the many years you could tell by the baking soda they had put on the carpet every time it flooded. I even had to rent a wet vac to springs in a row because of the Crack in the foundation would flood the basement before we had moved in and after. I'd love a response from a supervisor but haven't gotten one. Plus I could say a whole bunch more about this company.

Would give zero stars if it was an option: this company not only never updated my income when it dropped (was under the income based housing) making it far more difficult than it needed to be to pay rent every month, not only took months to fix the most basic of matinace issues, but now I owe them some debt, but they refuse to tell me how much I owe, despite ne having tried to contact them for a month straight, making it impossible to even find a new place to live if you're smart you'll avoid this rental company

Denial of assistance despite the fact I have proof of a past payment that was paid before the denial decision. Even through the decision appeal process they tell me I lose my place in line despite providing my proof of when the outstanding fee was paid? Talk about an unjustified loss of place of application and denial of service for unjust cause. Wow. If I had know that I wouldn't have bothered paying the outstanding amount. Talk about wrongful termination on the state's behalf
