I had a great experience working with Eric from Carver County Self Storage. We were able to do everything via a single phone call, and the unit was exactly what was advertised. They followed up with an invoice so there was no confusion in pricing. Eric was friendly and told me everything I needed to know for a seamless transaction.

Hoping that somewhere between now and next fall I can find somebody that can take her on a short-term basis because I definitely want to get her back she's a very sweet and loving animal I have had her for eighteen years and I don't want to lose her so please whoever is able to take her please take good care of her and feed her or least twice a day with paying for my food if you're not able to provide the food I will provide the food I just need to know where she is and how she's doing and I will make sure that she gets what needs

This is a basic storage space with locked gate and no thrills. It is clean, very reasonably priced and in a convenient location for someone living in the Waconia area. What I really appreciated about it, was the WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE I received from the owner Kevin last week. I called the phone # I happened across on the web to reserve a storage space for the facility to start for the following day. I then called the facility managers # AFTER business hours & spoke with the owner Kevin. I explained my situation that I was desperately in need of moving extra items out of my home for an Open House the following day & asked if there was ANY way I could have access to my reserved space THIS evening. He was so very gracious to spend over 30 minutes with me over the phone to get set up with my storage space so that I could access it yet THAT NIGHT! He was a Life Saver! I so appreciated him taking the time to assist me when he could have easily said that I needed to call back the following day. He also stayed on the phone with me to make sure I could get through the gated access okay & knew where to find my unit #. Thank you so much Kevin!!!
