I am very grateful for cloud x vapes is in waconia..... I will say that Courtney is the highlight of my visit one Sunday I couldn't get there before they close so I felt the need to call her on the phone because I didn't want her to think that I was not thinking of her on that Sunday when we normally hang out and talk for a little bit. When I am forced to go to other tobacco stores for various reasons I am sad because out of all the vape stores I've ever been to this is by far my favorite and mostly because of Courtney

I am writing this review in hopes that fellow shoppers and hopefully new shoppers will come to view this vape store the same as I do. Honestly, I have only been shopping at this store maybe a hand full of times and in that hand full of times, I have only come to learn that an employee, Courtney is her name hasme coming back time and time again to shop for my vape pods, juices and I have recently purchased a disposable vape which I have yet to try with her recommendations and helpful tips and information, she is ALWAYS there at work! And she always knows her stuff! I will ONLY shop @ CloudXVapes if transportation is to my advantage and Courtney is working! Thank you CloudXVapes for hiring such an outstanding employee!

Stopped in to buy 2 packs of Raw 1.25 Classic and 2 packs of Raw tips. After learning it would cost over $18.00, I left and went to my usual shop later that day, and paid $8.55 for the same thing. The clerk did say she would price match, but I can’t support a store that is trying to rip off the customers that don’t know. Chaska Smoke/Vape, 41 and Pioneer Trail. Great shop!

My first time in the waconia cloud x vape shop. I was very impressed indeed! High quality knowledge and professionalism. The atmosphere is clean and calming. I’m retired and it was fun to be asked to show my ID. I know , I know…..they card everyone no matter your obvious age but it was still nice✌️Courtney is a fabulous asset to the place….very pleasant and knowledgeable. I will def go back there again.

Over priced not worth it $35 for a disposable loon when you can go to Waconia vape & tobacco downtown & get 2 vapes for $32 would not recommend cloud x

**BUYER BEWARE** This store sells broken products and will refuse to replace/exchange them for the same product that does work or give you your money back. I bought a $50 product from this store, and took it home, only for it to pull nothing several times. Checked and rechecked the instructions, was doing everything right. Took it back, and they said the best they could do WAS TO SELL ME ANOTHER ONE FOR 20% OFF!! Why in the world would I want to risk buying more products from a store that isn't willing to at least exchange a broken product for a good one? Not worth the risk to shop here. Go to the tobacco shop up by the dominos if you want to be treated right.

I’m absolutely appalled … the girl who works here named Elle was spewing racial slurs and comments all while customers were in store …I wonder how fast this location will close along with their other locations … disgusting people and disgusting management . AND THEY UPCHARGE MINORS FOR PRODUCT! Unreal!

I waited 20 minutes for the gentleman behind the counter to take care of the one other person in the store. He went to the back to mix some juice and I'm sure it doesn't require that much time. He didn't even acknowledge me or warn me that he won't be back for x-amount of minutes. This was my first and last visit to this business. A tiny bit of customer service goes a long ways.

The customer service is always good but the place is overpriced. $60 for a Smok Novo 2? I can get a Novo 3 downtown for $30 and online for $16… ridiculous.Their only saving grace was house juice but since they lost all their old employees the new ones just make it too thin; a 60ml used to last my girlfriend and I two weeks, now we’re lucky if it lasts one. The flavor is also lacking and used to be very good.Lost a loyal customer.

When I used to go here they totally used to sell to underage kids I don't say nothin because we've all been there at one point in our lives. But cmon man quit selling to teenagers bro! I've personally seen it on multiple occasions. It's been a couple months since I've come back here because of that but maybe they've changed who knows ??
