“Really fun and clean for kids and parents and the staff is nice. The only reason it’s not getting 5 stars is that the pool water is extremely cold. My kids have blue lips after 10mins.”

I am seeing progress and feel so good, mentally and physically. Jake and Connor know how to push you past your comfort level to get the most out of your workout. The facility is clean and comfortable. I love working out here.”

“Fantastic gym where there is a very welcoming community for all levels of lifters. Rarely crowded when I am here and features many machines that are optimal. One small complaint is that there is like 2 5lbs plates. Other than that a definite recommend!”
