Ladybug in Waconia has been the only childcare facility where I drop off my son and do not worry. They provide the best care of all the children and offer many fun experiences during the summer months, like Llama Day! The staff is the best part of ladybug!! Highly recommend!!

Ladybug is an amazing daycare facility with the most wonderful, kind, caring, child (and family) first teachers out there. They simply are the best, with great art projects, field trips, and educational activities that differ in theme each week.

Ladybug is AMAZING! I feel like I know all the staff so well- they are all super personable and there has been almost zero staff turnover in the two years we’ve been attending. I can’t say enough about how that puts my mind at ease. Also, so impressed with their field trip and activity lineup for the summer. If you are looking for childcare, I HIGHLY recommend them!

I would recommend Ladybug to anyone looking for a warm, caring, and fun place for their child. They have such a great set up with curriculum, toys, and activities. Most importantly, the teachers are amazing. Miss Sam is the lead teacher for our daughter’s toddler room and she is absolutely amazing. Carissa who is the director is also great; she’s very involved and helps out in all the rooms so she gets to know all the kids. Marissa and Annie are also wonderful. The lunches and snacks have a great variety and they have helped our daughter try a lot of new foods. 10/10

Our six month old has been going to Ladybug for two months now and we have been so happy with our experience. The infant room is always clean and well kept, and the teachers and staff are wonderful. I feel so comfortable dropping her off everyday because I know she’s in good hands and is well taken care of. Plus she is doing so many fun activities and already learning at such a young age. You can tell that these people truly care about children. I’m so glad we chose Ladybug, highly recommend!

We love ladybug! The teachers feel like family and you can tell that they really care about the wellbeing and growth of each and every child. Great curriculum and a very clean facility. I would highly recommend ladybug to all of my friends and family. My son and daughter both thrived in their care.

My wife and I take our 2 an half year old here and have been for almost a year. We love the place and how nice the people are. We use to go to Kinder Care in Chanhassen before here and our son never was happy being dropped off there or with the teachers. We also felt like he was not learning what he should be at his age.After starting Ladybug, our son loves to go to Daycare each day. He has started talking about his day more with us which he has never done before. He also talks about the other fun kids and how much he loves playing with his teacher.Another plus with Ladybug is that they have an app for your smartphone that gives you daily updates on your kid. A few things it shows is Teacher Notes, naps/sleep time, meals, and activities. This is very helpful when knowing what your kid has done all day.The only issue we have which I am not sure is Ladybug or just the other parents. There seems to be a problem with always losing extra cloths we bring in in case our kid needs to change into something. If you do not Label your cloths clearly, there is a good chance you will never get them back. I do not hold this with Ladybug since I am not sure this is them or not.Over all we love this place and do plan on taking any other kids we have here as well.

Great Place!! My fourth child began Ladybug-Waconia in November 2015 and I have to say this is by far the best center I have taken all of my children. The cleanest center and I feel like they have a very precise curriculum for the different age groups. They have them specifically filed and ensure the children have an enriching experience. Comparing this center to all the others, it's top notch and worth the few more dollars that you spend.

I don't have anything bad to say about Ladybug. There does seem to be a lot of turn around with the staff for whatever reasons and I don't know if that is common in childcare. I guess there is just nothing that really stands out about Ladybug.

Ladybug provides the most comfortable learning environment at both locations. I know every child there is truly growing, as they are surrounded by outstanding leaders who care.

Ladybug has been my choice of childcare facility since our family moved to the area in 2010. My older boys greatly enjoyed the school age program and my daughter started in the Toddler A room and has since moved her way up into the Preschool Room. I am consistently impressed with the teachers and their level of dedication to the children along with all of the programs that they implement especially in the Preschool room. My daughter is learning computer skills, Spanish, trying a variety of foods and is always happy to head to "school" each morning and cannot wait to tell me about her day. I know that Ladybug is priced slightly higher than other facilities in Waconia, but I gladly pay the little extra because I see how advanced she is for a 4 year old compared to others her age. She is more than ready to head to school in the Fall of 2013. I would never consider switching childcare and would recommend Ladybug to anyone that would be looking for quality childcare in the Waconia area.
