Three (3) appointments, three cancelations or changes, BY THE STYLIST. You have to give a credit card when booking appointment in case client cancels within 24-48 hours. What happens when STYLIST cancels, each time a few hours before appt? I would like a cancelation fee!! I understand things come up, but 3 for 3? Not going back to Salon Trende.
