Literally wish I could give ZERO stars. I went in at 6:56 knowing the store closed at 7, I just needed a screen protector and figured it would be a quick exchange. Long story short, I left there 1.5 hours later after Ryan S said he could lower my bill, but ended up screwing up everything. I left with 3 trackers I didn't need after Ryan telling me I HAD to have them with my new plan, and a new router for my WiFi that has given me nothing but trouble after telling Ryan I work from home and my internet needs to be absolutely concrete, which it was prior to Ryan telling me I needed to return my old gateway box for a new one to save $10 a month. I have done nothing but speak with T-Mobile regarding my Wi-Fi and bill since I left there, and have yet to see my screen protector which is what I needed intially, not to mention I witnessed Ryan be rude to not only T-Mobile experts on the phone, but also experience his rudeness towards a customer the next day when I returned my perfectly working gateway box. I will NEVER return to the Waconia store and hopefully Ryan doesnt ruin more things for more people.

I went there last week and was overcharged again. I asked for a receipt and the guys said it would be emailed within 24 hours. Is this a scam so I don't realize I was overcharged until 24 hours later?Time to switch to Verizon.

Employees got me straight and on my way, quickly. They were people oriented, which is always nice to find in these stores. This is the second time at this store. Last time being over a year ago. It was a very similar experience. Seriously, consider this store for your cell phone needs.

Trevor was super super helpful with an on going issue from a large multi item purchase way back in November of last year that we had been getting over charged for, over charged by $800. Thank you sooo much for helping to resolve this!!! We had been trying to resolve this for months, Tmobile customer Care corporate also would not help us and told us we had to track down the original employee who completed the sale, which was impossible as he no longer worked for the company.Michael is also super super helpful and was able to resolve my iPhone 13 Pro connectivity issues and SIM issues when Tmobile customer care corporate could not!!! T-Mobile corporate kept me on the phone for 2 hours and ended up just disabling my phone, ughThank you soooo much for your help Michael!!

My experience was far from helpful or professional!! 2 people working. I asked question and he said go to settings… duh!!! Then he walked away and never came back. Then girl that was working was far from pleasant. Yawned like 5 times!! Neither one had answers to my questions!!! Sorry I bothered you two on your nap times!!! So disappointed!!!!!

We switched over from Verizon last fall and we have over paid by $700 and this location that set it up refuses to help us. We keep getting the runaround from the store manager saying it will get looked into yet nothing! This is ridiculous. I highly suggest avoiding this location and T-Mobile all together.

Went there to add a line. The guy set me up with 2 new lines, saying the 2nd one was free. It turns out the 2nd line I didn't ask for is $15 + taxes each month.

My wife and I were with different carriers and came in to combine them and also get one new phone. I was very pleased. They were extremely knowledgeable of the product offerings and helped us navigate the array of choices between phones and plans. We worked with both Paula and Dante on different days and found them to be a very good team.

So grateful for everyone at this store, they totally explained everything and were so patient with all my questions for all 5 lines in my family. Paula is amazing! She solved all my questions and with the deals they have now I am able to get rid of my current home wifi and saving myself so much using tmobile home now. We actually had fun and left SO happy! ☺️

Dante was boss! We were chilling outside at a nearby brewery and popped over with a quick question and he went out of his way to help us out! As former Sprint customers being forcefully migrated to T-Mobile, the experience has been so-so as best, but if Dante is any sign of things to come...we'll be loyal T-Mobile customers for a LONG time!!
