Absolutely no help! I followed the instructions to return an Amazon package. They refused to print the return label unless I repackaged the item WHICH WAS IN THE ORIGINAL BOX. UNOPENED!! I will never go there again

FANTASTIC customer service at this store! I stopped in last week to return a variety of small items to Amazon, and
had “difficulty” locating the necessary return information on my iPhone. The employee helping me was … outstanding, patient, kind, and very helpful in helping me retrieve the right information so that I could get these returns made.
He was exceptionally considerate of me … and … made my day! Many thanks.

They were playing terrible music way too loud so it was hard to communicate with a rude person behind the counter who told me to f off and leave when I question why it would cost me $5 to return two packages with free shipping

Normally I love UPS. But they just charged me $1.00 a page for basic black copies. I should of just replaced my printer cartridge.

Staff are extremely friendly and helpful with returns. They have packing supplies on hand if you do not have any, and are very knowledgeable.

This store us used to scam ppl in the UK as the address is used by scammers calling themselves tommy robotics and somehow they take the money but no supply of any goods.
Hopefully they will see this post/ review and not allow the fraudsters to use the address to fleece others. Maybe they will supply contact details for ppl to recover their losses.
