This store us used to scam ppl in the UK as the address is used by scammers calling themselves tommy robotics and somehow they take the money but no supply of any goods.Hopefully they will see this post/ review and not allow the fraudsters to use the address to fleece others. Maybe they will supply contact details for ppl to recover their losses.

This UPS store is a joke. I did the self scan for my packages yesterday around 2pm, got a receipt, and went on my way. The workers here didn’t get them on a truck out of the store until the next day. Which really is frustrating when the whole reason I went to this store in the first place, is so that my package would be shipped out the SAME DAY I DROPPED OFF.

The man working said I could not ship my usps packages at that store when I already had my labels printed. You can always USPS packages off at UPS stores. I have shipped my usps packages at ups stores . He did not provide me service in which ups provides. I tried explaining this to him several times and he denied helping me. Very disappointed in this experience.

I have had really good experiences whenever I've come to this store. I had them notarize papers and provide me with 2 witnesses which no other place in town could do that....And they did it with the store being extremely busy!!

I shipped a package through their store of $20.00. Then a month later they charged me again for the same shipment. It seems they changed credit card processors, and a number of customers got double-charged. I talked to them several times about it, but they have no interest in giving me the refund. They tell me to call the new credit company. When I do I get put on hold for long periods of time. I quit, they win.

I never know when they are open online says the time but when I get there alot of times they are closed early and I need to get a ride there witch isn't always easy I walked tonight 4 miles I got there at 6:50 and were closed the sign said closes at 7 . I'm very disappointed because I rely on them for my business now I look bad once again thanks upsI want to update my review from 1 star 4 because I have not had anymore problems. I hope they keep it up.

People were flying in and out as I walked up. Walking inside I was greeted instantly and the employee was polite and helpful with my return and I was on my way in less than a minute. Absolutely great store and employees!

If you value your items DO NOT use this store!!! I am telling you if you run into any type of trouble they will deflect any reasoning to take accountability of the delivery failing. From the workers to the management this store is a joke!!!In response to your response. If u cover packages that you package why is mine not being covered. It was your package, your worker at the desk took the package I selected, took my item from me, took the cover and placed all three on the desk, it obviously wasn’t packaged! I trusted a store that specializes in packages/delivery would know how to properly secure said package. I then gave her my phone so she could get the address for her to type into the computer, paid for it and she told me I was good to go. She obviously packaged the item. Thanks for attempting once again to deflect responsibility…no accountability is not good practice especially from a business that is suppose to be just that!!

Sign says “open” and lights are on but door is locked and no one inside. Hours posted say open at 8AM… I stopped at 8:15 and now again at 9:20AM. Not open. 1At least a dozen other customers have tried while I’ve been here. Very frustrating after driving 15 miles to get to this location this morning. What’s up Management??
