Same experience as Ryan A. Called for an appointment and described the issue with my vehicle. He said he was booked out 2 weeks. Told him I was able to wait and would like to schedule an appointment 2 weeks+ out. He replied, “I’m not interested”. I can’t even qualify that as “bad” customer service. It is worse than “bad”. DO NOT GIVE THIS GUY YOUR BUSINESS.

Pathetic excuse of a business. Rude customer service. You call and see if you can get a quote and they, "aren't interested". Then shut down your shop loser. I was going to give you a shot because of reviews; clearly my family and friends were right. You're a joke of a man and mechanic.

Can't say enough about our experience. We are only human and we all make mistakes. But when you destroy someone's engine and put the cost on your customers your business is a joke. We brought our vehicle in for repairs and the owner got the timing wrong and slammed the valves into the top end of the motor compromising the whole engine. He did not offer a loaner car or pay for a rental while he kept our car for over a week fixing the mistake he caused. Our vehicle is not the same anymore. Will be going to bbb

Worse possible experience, Charley was highly recommended, but my experience was extremely disappointing as there was such lack of communication took weeks to get the issue resolved and when I was given my vehicle back, I drove less than 20 miles before it broke down, expected me to pay the tow fee back to his shop. Upon checking the vehicle I was told if was a broken shift cable which they didn't replace the first time they just cleaned it but knew it was rusty (add another 300 to the cost and another week) almost 1000 dollars un repairs only to have a vehicle that doesn't shift right, makes clicking sounds now when in gear and the gears are not properly aligned and the check engine line is back with the same transmission code, 4 Weeks, 1000 dollars and was given back a vehicle that was clearly not fully repaired, not once but 2x, 1 star for this shoddy business is far too generous!

Charlie was great to work with. My vehicle broke down during the week and I needed it back up and running before the weekend and he had it all ready to go by Thursday afternoon. Highly recommend

I've read some reviews and it's obvious this guy has a personality disorder. I think he must have some severe mood swings or something because he was a complete disrespectful j*** to me on the phone. It was super noisy in the background and when I couldn't understand what he was saying he spoke to me in a harsh slow tone like I was a complete moron.

I don't know if it was busy or if something happened to the man who helped me but I could tell he didn't want to talk to me and used his body language to tell me as much. It is a sad first impression and with all these good reviews I thought I was at the right place. When They call I will ask if everything was okay that day, perhaps it was a bad one? I don't plan on ever going in again after that exchange. UPDATE: still no call back on a quote and I was treated rudely and dismissed when I did visit the shop. Perhaps this feedback will help with the customer service. I am lowering my experience to a 1, purely for not even getting a call back.
