Like another woman said, I wanted to support the local pharmacy. I spent money here every month. The last time I went the Asian woman was so disgustingly rude to me for no reason. I have never been talked to like that. Happy to switch to Amazon.

Excellent pharmacy! Such a better experience than going to Walgreens or CVS. Refills are done quickly and prices are very reasonable. They have cute little gifts for sale too. Highly recommend!

I am so happy I transferred here to get my prescription. They made my difficult situation a dream come true. The staff always goes above and beyond. I should have transferred here years ago!

I was excited about this pharmacy because I really wanted to support the small town pharmacy. I had been going there for about 6 years. However it was hit or miss every time I went. It appears that some of their regular employees are unhappy and not very pleasant. There is one lady in particular with short hair, very casually dressed, and visible tattoos that seems to always have a bad attitude. I used to dread walking in when she was working. My last experience, she put me in an uncomfortable position where it was (outwardly) obvious that she had a strong opinion on the med that I was receiving. I had also didn’t fully understand the prescription and she seemed insensitive of this. I had just started the med and was totally confused by her issue with it. She made me fill like I was doing something wrong. It turned out my doctor entered wrong dates, but after calling my doctor the issue was quickly corrected. However while I was waiting for my doctor to call me back, I had called the male pharmacist because I was so confused by her reaction and he didn’t want to be bothered either. It was an unfortunate situation that could have been handled with a little more tact. That being said my family and I will not be going back to Waconia Clinic Pharmacy.

I have been going here over 12 years & would recommend to anyone. They are knowledge, kind, and competitively priced. I briefly switched when they switched ownership, thinking I would try a pharmacy that I could refill rx's using an app, gave me "discounts" after so many fills, etc. Absolutely not worth what I lost in genuine customer service and quality care. I've since changed clinics and I will still go out of my way to go there for me and my family.
