I had purchased a new battery for my Ram truck a few years ago and just recently this battery seemed to have issues holding a charge so I called Waconia Dodge to see if they had another battery for my truck. I couldn't remember how long it had been since I had purchased it and they took the time to look up my exact date of purchase and let me know that my battery was still within the warranty period, when they could have just as easily sold me a new battery, as I had no idea how long ago the previous one was purchased. They took care of everything for me, from testing the old one to installing the new one at zero cost to me, and even offered me a loaner car while they took care of this. Lindsay in the parts department and Eric in the service department took care of me from start to finish and couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. They were awesome and truly care about their customers! I recommend Waconia Dodge 100%!!Bill K.

I really recommend going to a different dodge dealership for service. The techs here are awful. I live close-by and wanted to support them, but I'm never going back for service. I ordered black running boards for my blacked out truck, had to wait a month for an appointment, and when I came to pick it up they had put chrome running boards on. Why nobody thought that might be wrong, I don't know. After they fought with me about it, they finally took them off and replaced them. A year later I had a wheel bearing going out, so had them replace it. When I came to pick it up, the battery was dead. This is a truck that has NEVER once had an issue with starting. How is a bearing and the battery correlated? I have no idea. It's a newer truck, so it automatically turns off its lights. It just seems that the service techs are completely inept. And not only that, but they'll argue with you about things they clearly did wrong. The desk guy told me that I probably had a bad battery.. Which I did not, but probably do now. I'm just waiting to see what else they might have messed up during the visit.

Sean and Bob were super helpful throughout the entire buying process, Sean helped me place a factory order for the perfect pink Barbie jeep that came in incredibly quick. The vehicle was ✨sparkling✨ clean when I picked it up, and the financing was super quick (they did the back work before I got there) which made everything easier for me. Much love and appreciation for everyone involved in the process, and I am beyond happy with my purchase.?

Had my vehicle worked on, was asked what day I would need it back by and told them Friday Dec 31. Service was done on vehicular by December 30th and was told I could pick it up that night or Friday morning whenever at my convenience. Come to dealership on the 31st to find they were closed. Would have made the proper arrangements to pick vehicle up the day prior if I would have been informed they would be closed on Friday. Will never be back.

My son brought his Ram Truck to Waconia after learning at a dealership in Michigan, that there was a recall on his truck. The dealership in Michigan could not handle the recall so he was forced to bring his truck back home for repair. The problem was that someone in Michigan entered the wrong codes and now the VIN number indicates that all the recall work was done when it hadn't even been started! Alex at Waconia worked tirelessly for 2 weeks to help us get this straightened out. It was no small feat as we got no help from the dealership in Michigan. We had to call in Area managers to get this all worked out. Along the way of this process, Alex continually kept me updated. Despite many back and forth phone calls, he was always polite and made me feel that my business was important. I spoke to a couple ither folks at Waconia who were equally as helpful and polite. Alex went way above and beyond to be sure my son's truck was fixed and safe. I am so thankful for his diligence and kindness. His service and the service at Waconia gets an A+. Next time I am in the market for a new car or service work , I'm heading to Waconia !

Great Customer Experience from start to finish as I went out to look for a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle. I met with Chris Weinberger first in April and wasn’t ready to pull the plug and the vehicle I liked at that time was no longer there and by waiting I came back and he had something better for me to test and this was it. Got the vehicle and am happy with it so far. Like the fact that it is a family run business and they treat their customers like that and they want you to come back at a future date. Really felt valued during the whole process. From the test drive through the financing I was told what to expect each and every step of the way.
