I was scheduled to have an oil change. We'll, I woke up that morning sick. I called them to let them know I had to cancel but they offered the pick up option! I was so thankful and relieved. They really helped me out!

Dean Lafleur from Fury Ford in Waconia was amazing to work with. He made me feel super comfortable and not like he was trying to sell me a car. He helped me get into the jeep I just bought. I absolutely love it. He made the process smooth, and as timely as it could be. He is highly recommended along with fury ford

Dean LaFleur was very helpful. Unlike nearly all other car salesmen I contacted, he replied quickly and succinctly every time. We were able to have short ping-pong text conversations much like you would with someone you know. This enabled us to figure out what we wanted. No fluffy corporate-speak "your interest is really important to us" nor overflowing politeness and sugar-coating everything, which wastes time and obscures good communication. Next time I want a Ford, I'll text Dean first. We'll write 20 replies back and forth before the guys at Morrie's get a chance to carefully craft the "perfect" sales outreach.

We just bought a car from Cang and had literally the best experience! We've been shopping for a car for several weeks and have had quite the variety of experiences, and this tops them all. Both Cang in sales and Matt in finance were warm, friendly and just very human and down to earth. Thanks, guys!!!

Our purchase from Fury ford was smooth and timely. Mike was great in helping us make this purchase. Would give 5 stars but they were to detail and wash out the truck before we picked it up and this did not happen, therefore the 4 stars. Fury ford is a great place to get your vehicle and to support local business and the community.

I purchased a 2018 Ford Raptor August 2023. (With bad cam phasers, $3700 to repair) I was lied to and misled. These trucks are notorious for needing Cam Phaser replacement. When I initially went in to see the truck I must have sounded like a parrot with how many times I repeated my concern about being absolutely sure this truck didn't have that issue or already had them replaced. The general manager told me he was very confident he had replaced them but couldn't access its service records or what he put into the truck since the service department was closed on Saturdays. I later found out this was a lie. The managers have full access to what they invest in any vehicle regardless of the service department being closed. (He never replaced the cam phasers). The thing with Cam Phasers is you can only hear they're going bad if you start the truck cold. The first 4 seconds of a cold start it sounds like a rattly can of bolts. But once its warm, you can start it repeatedly and you won't hear anything. Well.....every time I came in to drive it, they had started it and moved it. They didn't do this with other vehicles I looked at, just this one. I didn't think much of it at the time, just figured they were being extra polite warming it up for us.I felt confident that they were being honest, legit, I bought the truck, I loved it.Well, I discovered the cam phasers were bad when I started it up the following morning, after buying it. I immediately contacted the dealer, they acted shocked, and referred me to their service department, which didn't return a single phone call. I even left voice messages with the service manager. My sales guy contacted me 2 weeks later asking how everything is going and when am I bringing my truck in. I told him I wasn't, no one returns calls there. I was extremely frustrated.I brought my truck to another local Ford Dealer that was a complete opposite of Fury Ford. Excellent communication, and overly helpful. Luckily I purchased an Extended Service Contract and got everything replaced and repaired under the contract minus $200 deductible and being without my truck for 2 weeks.I feel Fury Ford is a dishonest and unknowledgeable dealership. I wouldn't recommend anyone purchase from them. I don't understand how the service department even gave this truck a pass upon inspection to put on the lot and sell.I did send the General Manager a long email similar to this, expressing my disappointment in the overall experience and never received a reply. At this point the no reply didn't surprise me.If by chance you do fall in love with a vehicle on their lot. I highly recommend at least taking it for an inspection at another Ford Dealer.I feel bad for anyone that buys a vehicle from Fury Ford without a Extended Service Contract. In this situation they would've been out $3700 the first month of ownership.

The sales person, Heidi was very good, I enjoyed working with her. However, the vehicle DID NOT have all the features that it was advertised with, it was all most a dealer breaker. There was only one fob, the other one is being mailed to us. They did nothing extra to ensure that the customer comes back. It was an ok experience, it wasn't because of the people, I feel like they were working under restrictions as what they can do to ensure a satisfied customer

Luke did fantastic with answering all of our questions, helping us get things connected to our phones. Fernando with financing was also wonderful. Great experience all around.

CAUTION!!! WACONIA FURY FORD CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!We purchased a 'CERTIFIED' 2017 Ford Escape at the end of May from Waconia Fury Ford and were sold the Blue Advantage Warranty on the car as my daughter was moving to Atlanta the second week of June. On the drive down to Atlanta the front end started shaking. She brought the car into a Ford Dealership in Atlanta, and they said that the CCRM Module and Bracket were bent ($4,000) and that the car had been in some type of accident. Now Fury is denying any liability (NOT EVEN A PARTIAL SETTLEMENT) and we should TRUST that they did the inspection/certification and that once we left the lot they had ZERO liability. How in the Fv$k as a consumer to trust that they performed the inspection. YOU NEED TO BRING ANY PURCHASE OF A CAR FROM FURY TO AN INDEPENDENT GARAGE TO CONFIRM WHAT THEY CLAIM IN THE CERTIFICATION!! OTHERWISE, YOU ARE S**T OUT OF LUCK!SEE YOU IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT!

It started with text chatting; it took almost half hour to set up an appointment using text chat. After the text chat still could not set an appointment for an oil change. I was told someone will get back to me to make an appointment. No one got back to me that day. The next day still no one got back to me. So late afternoon, early evening I called the dealership to make an appointment. I asked how long the oil change would take and was told about two hours. I asked why so long for an oil change, especially you can go to an instant oil change place with no appointment and be in and out in about 30 to 40 minutes. My response was because Ford does a 21-point inspection and that includes tire rotation. So, I guess an extra hour to rotate tires. Anyhow, I show up for my appointment and some how was told I could just get an oil change only. I told the gentleman that I am going by what my owners Manuel says to do. He told me without looking that my tire would not need to be rotated because it only has 10,000 miles on it. So, I just got a basic oil change. Exactly one hour later my vehicle pulls up to the front of building. I wait 15 minuets and go up to the receptionist and told her my vehicle pulled up 15 minuets ago and asked if I could pay and leave. I was told that they are doing paper work. So, another 15 minutes passed and the receptionist told me she would go to the back and see if my vehicle is ready. So, with an appointment for just a basic oil change takes an hour to do, and another half hour to do paper work. Funny thing is there was just me and a lady in the waiting room.

My husband brought my vehicle in for an oil change and to have the tires sensors looked at. They replaces the sensor without permission($400, would have been nice to get approval), my husband was there for over 3 hours with one update. He was treated terribly by the service manager when he complained. The service manager told my husband if he gave him a good review, he would get a free oil change! WHAT??Is that not unethical?!I will NEVER a bring our vehicles here for any service nor will we ever buy a vehicle from the dealership! BEWARE and STAY AWAY!!

We had a wonderful experience at Fury Ford. We bought an Expedition from Cody Bernstein on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Cody stayed with us for an hour after close to make sure we had our car for the weekend and so he could familiarize us with all the features. He also rolled up his sleeves and joined the detailing team so that we could take our vehicle home that night. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Very professional!
