Dropped car off at 8 am for a one hour appointment at 1 pm to diagnose and hopefully fix an electrical problem. Recieved a call at 8:30am to verify the appointment and I told them I had dropped off the vehicle already. I recieved no call after that and couldn't get an answer, so I went to see what was going on and if the car was fixed at around 5pm. THEY HADN'T EVEN MOVED THE CAR. Seems like they may have some sloppy management. I wouldn't trust them.Service: Electrical repair
