They are very friendly and willing to help find the exact product for your needs. There's a large floor space, so one can wonder around looking for interesting things needed. They also have discount bin of tools and things to look through - find inexpensive but useful tools. They have always helped me get what I need.

Used to come here religiously for pickup/racing parts. Went in today to order some parts, apparently the guys in there now have no idea what customer service is. The blank drug addict stare with the mentality/attitude of someone who clearly has no interest in their position. I'd recommend going across the street to Oreillys.

Reading the description on this place and said that they had an electrical testing shop. Apparently not when I called and asked one person just said they sell parts being a bit rude, of course you sell parts I wouldn't have called if you didn't sell parts.. they shouldn't put something in their description if they don't do that kind of stuff..

We were driving through Wadena and stopped for something. Car wouldn't start. We went to Auto Value and they took care of it as if they were a mechanic shop. Did two tests to ensure it was the battery and even helped replace it. Love them
