“Alex, manager in Wadena, MN.I was driving up north with a boat trailer. My bearings broke so I pulled into a O’Reilly in Wadena. Alex went out of his way to help me find the correct parts. Alex then said if I pulled around back, he had a car jack and tools that I could use. Alex also help me make the repair and he checked the other tire.That tire needed parts as well. Alex was very helpful, friendly. And he made it possible for me to get to my destination that night.Thank you, Alex !!!!!”
