We tried to buy American but instead received chairs that are the quality of China's 9.99. So far we have had 2 of the 4 chairs break after being told we would get them in 4-6 weeks instead it was 3 full months. And their agent, Galler Patio in Bonita Springs should be shut down for fraud. I am furious I have $6714.85 in a patio table and 4 chairs and we are back using our old set. Lawsuits are coming.

30+ years ago we invested in a full patio set from HomeCrest, by far the finest quality product we could have purchased. Our grown children have never known a different set at our home and we recently began the search for a replacement set (nothing last forever). HomeCrest will be the ONLY product we replace with

My wife and I purchased a set of aluminum outdoor patio furniture from Homecrest over 20 years ago. We live in south Texas where the climate is warm and humid and not easy on anything left outdoors for an extended period of time. Our Homecrest furniture still looks beautiful and works great. This is a great American-made product.

A very disappointing trip to Homecrest outlet store where you are shown a fairly disorganized assortment fairly high priced outdoor furniture. Years ago it used to be a pleasant experience to see a assortment of nice reasonably priced products.

I have a pair of 1970 Homecrest swivel rockers that need new vinyl straps. When I searched online for a strap replacement tutorial I didn't find anything showing my specific chair frame style. As I was searching, I found the company was still in business and decided to reach out to them via their Facebook page. Within one hour I had a reply from them as well as a PDF instruction sheet showing how to replace the straps. They invited me to contact them back with any other questions and expressed interest in seeing the the completed chairs. This kind of friendly, helpful customer service is a rarity these days. Almost as rare as finding a product made in the USA. It is amazing that the chairs are still around after 50 years and just need a facelift. Quality and great customer service since 1953. Thank you Homecrest!

We have an outdoor patio set that came into my marriage with my wife and we’ve been married 23 years; we’re guessing the set is over 30 years old. Finally after 30 years we thought about a new set but opted for replacement slings. We had no idea what we owned so first step was the customer service department. I sent them a few pictures; they told me what I had and the part numbers for replacements. At this point I was already pretty amazed; seriously what company has replacement parts 30 years later? As long as I’m on customer service I did call them about 10 years ago asking how I buy some of those little “feet” that protect the metal chair from rubbing the concrete. They just sent me new feet, no charge or even questions about when we bought it.Now to the slings; they arrived in the quoted time and look amazing. We now have a new patio set that is really 30 years old. They are certainly not the cheapest product on the planet but we are looking forward to our next 30 years.

Can’t say whether or not the replacement slings are up to par as I did not receive and they were not shipped as of yet even though we are now past the 6 week window. They sure have no problem cashing the check right away but absolutely no communication after that. And when you do contact them they are rude and blame it all on their old computer system.

Horrible customer service! Would not recommend this company to anyone! Ordered replacement slings and after reading the reviews on Google I would of been better off ordering from eBay for 1/4 the cost. But then again who knows because even though they had no problem taking my money back and in May I still don’t have my product with no clear understanding of when it will ship and after talking to them it sounds like even though I ordered these in May they weren’t even scheduled to be made until July! Save your money people and do not purchase from the company!

Hands down the best patio furniture made. I have had a Homecrest patio set for almost 20 years...it could be older. It’s been outside in snow, rain, extreme cold, extreme heat and it still looks new. Finally after 20 years one of the seams on a seat back just started to come apart. Which I’m about to order a replacement. Which is also why I’m on this site and while here thought I would leave a review.

Poor poor quality, four chairs three have given out at weld points and the forth everyone’s afraid to sit on. You can see they’ve been well taken care of and very little use. The quality of Homecrest is definitely not worth the investment

We have had 2 patio sets with umbrella going on 35 years. They are the best!!!! We have enjoyed them every time the weather is warm enough to go outside and enjoy! We would recommend Homecrest outdoor furniture over any. They last and last! So you better always pick the color you want to live with for awhile because they will last for years, so they are not like the rest of outdoor furniture that you have to replace in 2 or 3 years. Love love
