These folks are always willing to help you. They will search and try to find the right parts for your needs.
NOTE: This store has minimal products in their showroom. There is minimal space available until they build their new building a mile north of their current location. Please know that most of those items are 'in the back' and they will literally run to get it for you (if the employee can run - lol). They are the best and returns, if it's the wrong part is not an issue for them! Thank you!

The customer service is received from Jordan was the worst I've ever received, he was mouthy and disgusting things he said to me, I will NEVER go to this store again as long as he's working there.

If I could give them 0 starts i would. Sent my sister to pickup a fuel pump for her pickup. Gave her the wrong pump then when she requested an exchange they said whoever is installing this pump must have no clue what they are doing & said they would not give her another exchange if the pump was wrong being she didn't buy a fuel filter from them at the same time. Got the pump changed after belittling her to the point she was in tears. I then put the correct pump on without issues. I absolutely would not recommend anyone going to this store...... Absolutely no professionalism here....

Alex, manager in Wadena, MN.I was driving up north with a boat trailer. My bearings broke so I pulled into a O’Reilly in Wadena. Alex went out of his way to help me find the correct parts. Alex then said if I pulled around back, he had a car jack and tools that I could use. Alex also help me make the repair and he checked the other tire.That tire needed parts as well. Alex was very helpful, friendly. And he made it possible for me to get to my destination that night.Thank you, Alex !!!!!

O'Reilly is one of my favorite part stores! If they don't have your part it can be there next day no extra charge! The also loan tools that you'll use once and possibly never again.... deposit required but returned when tool returned.

Needed a battery for a dying remote key and received excellent and rapid service. Tim was very nice and helpful and not only helped select the correct replacement battery, but replaced it for me. Great small town hospitality!
