The ineptitude and incompetence of this pharmacy is astounding. It would be funny except they are in the important and serious business of healthcare. Patients are relying on them to provide them with their necessary medications in a timely manner to maintain their physical and/or mental health. In some cases, such as mine, those medications are necessary to avoid serious complications. The list of examples of their incompetence I have experienced is too long to list here. After my latest attempt at getting a refill of my must have medication and almost running out because of several mistakes made on their part I decided that's enough. I am no longer a customer of this pharmacy. If the owner/manager of this pharmacy would like to provide me with their contact information in a reply I would be happy to give more specific information regarding the issues I encountered.

The level of ineptitude here is so bad its almost comical. I have numerous examples of telling the pharmacy to do one thing and it not being done or the opposite being done. Here are some examples. Telling the pharmacy to call when a prescription is updated with the doctor and having no call despite it being ready to be filled. Blaming the patient for running out when the mailed meds never arrived. Having a prescription be back ordered requiring two pills instead of one and only sending half the order. Having to call on half order and being told it wasn't mailed and now will be. Med getting lost in mail and having to be overridden to be manually refilled. med is overridden and refill supposedly happening now. arrive 2.5hrs later to find no refill and they will now fill it. I could go on for pages more but i won't.TLDR they suck at communicating and constantly make mistakes one after the other. the staff blames patients and is at best standoffish and at worst openly rude. AVOID THIS PHARMACY. I will be switching and never returning.

Woman behind the counter is unnecessarily rude, every time, consistently. I offered to tell her my prescription to help her find it as she didn't know what it was, and she literally said "No, I don't care." I can't comment on the rest of the employees, but she's one of 2, to maybe 3 people you'll interact with, so there's a very high chance you'll have to deal with this dreadful person. It's never a pleasant experience going to this place.

Friendly staff, not as up to date as some pharmacies. Communication is not the best.

Can to pick up a prescription for my father 18 hours after the hospital sent it into the pharmacy. Have to wait because it is not ready. As I am waiting I am listening to other customers whom also have to wait because their prescriptions are also not ready. Not sure what is the problem here.

The pharmacy needs a little work. However, they do have an excellent choice of drug store items. They also have an amazing choice of one of a kind gift/decor items
