Absolute garbage customer service, get a little behind and they will instantly choose to disconnect you. Even when you have years of paid up service under your account. Rates are extremely elevated and customer care is non existent.

Prices are greatly inflated over other electric companies. Good customer service. Don't think you're going to get anything back because it's a co-op. It's easy to pass you back 100.00 after charging a huge percentage more than other companies for years. 2 people living in my house. Only use electric lighting and washer dryer. Everything else is gas. A 240.00 bill for any month is ridiculous, regardless of what the weather has been.
