It is unfortunate for the Wadena area that UPS now ONLY has drop off boxes. The local staff was always very helpful & professional. Now if we need a return receipt we have to drive to Staples or N Y Mills. Not good customer service,

My package arrived at Wadena a day before it was due for delivery in Akeley according to the tracking. That was the 13th. It is now the 15th and now tracking says it not gonna be delivered until Monday the 17th! It took took days for the package to travel from its original location to Wadena, but it’s gonna take four days, if the delivery is actually made by the new delivery date given!!! I am not happy with UPS at all! I paid a service fee to ensure delivery date and now I have to go and try and get some kind of compensation for that fee because there were no flowers delivered on the 14th!!!! And hopefully they will still be alive when they reach their destination

We have a daily UPS pickup through the Wadena UPS HUB and if our regular driver is on vacation or ill, the sub-drivers DO NOT PICK UP! Just last Friday we had several 2-day air packages to be picked up, and the NO UPS driver showed up. So today, I had to change my UPS tag for overnight service in order to get the packages to my customer.

It stated online that it was open all day but it wasn't. The drop box was completely stuffed. There was a worker in the parking lot so I asked them about where I can place the box I wanted to ship. They said I should put it on top of the drop box???

Had a problem with delivery and found out it was a sick day for that main guy with was absolutely amazing and super sweet obviously loves his job and does a great one everything was resolved thank you!!
