“My family has purchased vehicles from Kals, for years and they’ve become a trusted dealership to us! I bought a truck last week (Tuesday) from Kal’s. Since I work out of state, I was able to do the process over the phone with Dan, and have a family member pick it up for me on Wednesday. There were a couple issues right away involving the check engine light. Immediately the truck was brought back on Thursday, and was told to bring it by the service center and it would be taken care of, at no cost to me. I had to be back out to work in North Dakota that following Monday. Needless to say, the next day, Friday, the truck was ready to go and I was able to take it home! “I worked for Lunde's as a salesman for 6 mos until i brought issues forward regarding the quality of the vehicles we are selling , i got told to shut up and sell around the issues! Transmissions, lifters , catalytic converters, check engine lights ect, When i told them i will not burn people like this, they came up with a reason to fire me. See photos below this was a car i sold to a friend with 3 kids less than a month ago not to mention trusted car care did my moms wheel bearings and the wheel fell off a couple weeks later doing 60 down the highway and they would not accept fault!
