Bought a new phone. All went well until I forgot my apple password. She kept trying to login in. Then she tried to do the account recovery on my new phone instead of the old phone. Then when I asked for help talking to Apple because I didn’t understand them and was told “that’s an Apple problem you need to talk to them”. I will never go back to that store. I’ll drive the 45 minutes to go to a corporate store. It took 3 1/2 weeks to get my account back and could barely use the calling or texting part of the phone. It was a very expensive paper weight!

Spent over two hours there, after the manager left the sales associate rushed us out of the store so his brother could deliver him Subway. He took our trade in phones and didn't put them towards our account. Our watches were supposed to be free besides $5 a month and we got charged full price and a start up fee for each. I still can't send pictures or receive them. We were supposed to be signed up for paperless and autopsy for a cheaper bill and never was. We were charged for three phones when we only got two. We were promised for the first bill to be around $225 all together. I paid $144 for the devices before the manager left and got a bill for $400 a week later. Wouldn't recommend!

Took advantage of my 19 year old son when he walked in for a new phone. Then when he returned the devise they “gave” him they failed to credit my account which his phone is under. I’m the 4th phone call in and still am being charged for an Apple Watch he returned the next day because the workers at the store did not credit the return to the account. Will never buy from Wadena Verizon again and will likely switch to T-Mobile. I’m using them for internet and is working great. They have 5G in Wadena!

Desiree was very knowledgeable, has great customer service skills, isn’t pushy yet good at her job of selling products. Very appropriate in knowing of how to offer accessories that were the best for my husband and I. Patient and gave adequate time for us. Great Verizon employee.
