The Wadena County Humane Society is a great place with amazing, kind, and passionate staff. The staff are very prompt at communication, organized, responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. You can tell they care deeply about animals and look out for all the animals in their care. The application process is easy. They work with you, provide all the information you need on an animal's temperament and history, and allow proper introductions. Many animals are in foster homes. Every pet from this place is a wonderful addition to the family and a keeper. They are strongly and highly recommended for finding a furry best friend.

The staff are very prompt at communication, the application was easy to fill out and you can tell how much everybody who works there cares deeply about animals. We will definitely keep them in mind for our next adoption. We love our Miss Lady and are thankful she is in our lives!
