(July 2024 last year) My car was done faster than expected! The billing process for an insurance was kind of confusing although I’m not sure how much that was me not asking the right questions at Abra. I ended up just letting them call me and they would let me know what to do. It was all cleared up in the end. The process with enterprise was a little confusing too. The Abra receptionist didn’t communicate much of this when I asked. So I just went with it. Was confused about when I pick up my car whether I meet at Abra or at Enterprise. None of this process was explained. This is the first time I’ve had to make an insurance claim or repair like this.”
