We called during a road trip before we got to a stop in St Cloud asking to schedule a next-day appointment for a tire rotation and balance. They were able to get us in at our preferred time. We were traveling through town, towing our 46' fifth wheel, and discovered a screw in one of our trailer tires. James told us to come right in, dropped what he was doing, and helped us get the screw out and determine the damage.
