The owners Bennie and Tami were nice until they wasn’t, telling customers that they fired 3 guys that worked there which they walked out due to problems with the bosses, and their DRAMA, couldn’t or wouldn’t get the product ordered, and what is really sad is they are still open ordering some stuff and making money but can’t or won’t pay they 3 employees that couldn’t put up with things that was going on!!! Whatever the X employees SHOULD GET THEIR LAST CHECK!!!!!

This place is always out of the flavors I want... BUT where I finally drew the line was today I went in and I was in a hurry so I walked to the display case to see the slim selection I had to pick from and the guy working behind the counter threw his arms up in the air like I was supposed to stop and talk to him before looking to see if they had my flavor (which they STILL did not have 3rd week in a row)... well sorry my guy I was in a rush and if you ever had what I wanted I WOULD stop and ask you.. you expect me to ask you to go look at whats in stock and have you walk back and forth 10 times because your selection is so limited??? It just makes more sense for me to look... its why you display the flavors in stock right??? The kicker is they flat out LIE to their customers and say every single time "We are ordering it this week..." which again is a lie because they say it EVERY time I go in and sometimes it's 5 weeks before they have it... anyway I spend 200-300 dollars a month there and I will NEVER go back... anyone that is sick of the same lie they tell me just order your vape online... its way easier and usually delivered to your door in 2-3 days for HALF the price...I like to support small businesses but if that's how you treat your customers then count me out!!!

I have been coming to this shop for well over a year and spend 200-300 dollars a month on their products... they are ALWAYS OUT of the flavors I like which is understandable BUT they say the same thing every time "We are putting in an order this week..." which is obviously what they are told to say because its a lie clearly because I can go 3 weeks in a row and they say the same thing... what sealed the deal for me today went I went in and was in a hurry I walked up to the counter to see if they had the flavor I wanted (again all out 3rd week in a row)... the guy behind the counter threw his arms in the air like I am supposed to stop and talk to him first before looking to see if they have what I want... who acts like that besides 6 year olds? I said "whats up man..." to the guy and simply walked up to the counter... but in front of their only other customer he felt the need to make a big deal out of me being in a hurry... well my man don't worry I will take my money elsewhere... sick of spending my money on flavors I dont want anyway... I like to support small businesses but ordering online is so much easier and you can get direct from distributors and they ALWAYS have what you want no excuses and lies... anyone sick of the attitude of this place just try ordinary direct... takes 3 days and half the price... this place will most likely be out of business in the near future anyway...

Workers are nice, prices are kinda high compared to other shops, seems vape shops in st cloud are more expensive than other cities. Pod they sold me leaks a bit and is very annoying

Went in to get a reusable e cig because the disposable ones get expensive. The guy working was really friendly and helpful to what juice was comparable to the disposable loons and how the reusable devices work. Great place and awesome service

What happened to this place use to be the best 5 yrs ago and now it’s just went down hill and they don’t care at all if they did they would have changed but nothing has changed and all you do is delete comments to make it look like your doing 5* stars when it’s not it’s 1* star now!
