I'm recommending the staff at the meat department be put through customer service training. They have bad attitudes, do not greet the customer and even show contempt. Yesterday, the manager of the meat department was demanding I apologize to him as I was buying two porterhouse steaks. I will contact corporate if the attitudes do not improve.

Might wanna fix your fruit fly problem. Can clearly see them all over the produce. It's disgusting. Other than that, not a bad place to get some healthy food options.

Went into Fresh Thyme hoping to find awesome local and organic foods. I was very disappointed. Boars Head meats are still loaded with nitrates and junk. Produce such as apples had Apeel sprayed on them. You can't get that crud off your food! I may go back to look one more time and hope for a better outcome.

It is one of the best green markets in central Minnesota but sometimes they lack the common things like jello they have four different flavors of jello that's it And the meat market is fantastic especially the seafood

This store is atrocious, all the way from the products on the shelves, to the store employees. Make sure you check the expiration dates on EVERY item you purchase. Lots of products being sold that are expired. This includes food items and vitamins/supplements. Also make sure your food and vitamins are sealed and unopened. The store workers had a meltdown when I tried to return a supplement due to the package not being sealed and was clearly tampered with. They put the blame completely on me and said to open the package and check next time. I shop at other Fresh Thyme locations in the twin cities area, and those stores are much better ran with much friendlier employees.
