On April 22, 2022 I went to Home Depot for a project. I waited for help, but the woman working seemed to be busy. A young, inexperienced worker, I’ll refer to her as worker 1, came up to me and asked me if I needed help. I told her yes and she turned to one of the other women working in the area, I’ll call her worker 2. As worker 1 turned and was walking towards worker 2, worker 2 said, “They have to make an appointment,” without even sparing us a glance. So worker 1 sat and worked on making us an appointment for the next day. Worker 2 walked past us and suddenly demanded that worker 1 make the appointment after May 1. Why would I need to wait that long just for someone to help me? I turned to worker 1 and asked her is someone else is available tomorrow. She said yes and to come in the next day. The next day I went in around the time worker 1 told me to come in. I saw that the worker who was supposed to help me was busy so I waited for someone else. There was another worker, worker 3, who was just chatting with a client and talking about family affairs. When she was done, I walked up to her and asked if she could help me. When we were done, I asked for one additional thing, and she said no. She said it’s too much and can’t do a lot at once and she told me to ask someone else to help me. When I left her, she was just standing around doing nothing. The customer service there is horrible. Would not recommend.

Curbside pickup. 60 miles round trip. Here’s my 100’ cord that I paid for and still trying to work it out with management. They Disconnected my phone call 3 times. Waiting for a call back almost an hour wait now. Poor communication!! I’m not driving back to fix this nor should I. This “Doer is getting NOTHING done today now!”

I always prefer to shop here vs. other local options. A prominent local hardware store has intentionally sold me wrong parts, another regional big box home improvement store is always crowded, under staffed, and their rebate system is borderline predatory, imo.

Unfortunately, I was in your store today. I noticed the sign as I came in that stated that masks were required. I was in the store for about five minutes. During that time, I counted at least ten customers who weren't wearing masks. Don't you enforce the requirement? Next time, I will go to Menards. They seem to follow through with this better.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered appliances in May, paid for them with delivery in July. Issue with the order not going from Home Depot to the vendor. Can’t get a hold of anyone when you need to, had to reorder and only half order at this time. Had to call the store 6 times one day to get the manager.
