Unfortunately, I was in your store today. I noticed the sign as I came in that stated that masks were required. I was in the store for about five minutes. During that time, I counted at least ten customers who weren't wearing masks. Don't you enforce the requirement? Next time, I will go to Menards. They seem to follow through with this better.

Worst customer service ever. Ordered appliances in May, paid for them with delivery in July. Issue with the order not going from Home Depot to the vendor. Can’t get a hold of anyone when you need to, had to reorder and only half order at this time. Had to call the store 6 times one day to get the manager.

You know what these guys did? One of their employees transportation is a bicycle to get to and from work. While working, his bike was stolen. A few days later, they put together funds and bought this veteran a new bike. This is a store that takes care of its employees. Will defiantly shop there in the future. Very well done guys, thanks!

I work @ the Home Depot in Waite Park.. My fellow Associates and I definitely take customer service to the next level. Not being arrogant or anything of the sort, Yet We take customer service Very Seriously..

They’ve had my business for 4 years, including everything needed for the two houses I’ve flipped, and today I was treated with so much disrespect by more than one associate that I will no longer be shopping at Home Depot for any of my home improvement needs. I was first ignored by an associate. I realized she may have been flustered, overwhelmed, etc. so I didn’t think much of it. Home Depot of St. Cloud, so racist. I asked for help and had questions about the tiles. The person in the home improvement already was chirpy in response until she raised her head and saw that I was asian. She then gave me short answers and couldn't even bother to make eye contacts with me while helping me. Sorry that my english was perfect with no accent which may that person think I was white until she raised her head to see that I wasn't then proceeded not to even give me decent service. POS.

I went in today and bought 3 higher end cordless shades and had them cut. I found when I got home that two of them were cut too short so I called and spoke with Izzy and she took care of me, got me the replacement I needed with correct cut. Just waiting on another one to arrive at the store so I can get that one correct as well. I wanted to write this review because I have been well taken care of and they stand by their work, they cut it short, so they are replacing it for me. Great Service!!!! I've been going to this location as soon as I bought my house and always find the help I need.

Went in on a sunday to buy an entire kitchen appliance package (fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave) since our fridge went out. well after waiting over 45 minutes for help we got it.. ordered everything and was told it would be delivered on Wednesday. on Monday I got a call saying it wouldn't be delivered until Saturday and there was nothing I could do to change it. I guess they got paid already so why not push back my delivery, guess an extra 3 days with no refrigerator is in my future.. never shopping there again...

I've loyally shopped Home Depot for years as they offer a Veteran and Military discount, which is awesome being an 8 year Army Veteran and Iraq War Vet. However at checkout today at this location (first time here) I was told I didn't have adequate proof I was a Veteran. Worst experience ever buying carpet. I chose carpet that is GUARANTEED to be installed in 72 hours. When they didn't call to set up an appointment I called them and not once did anyone apologize for not being able to meet that time frame. They did nothing to rectify the situation, in fact when asked how they were going to fix it they said "let's get the carpet installed first then worry about that". FIVE days after it should have been installed they finally put it in. It's been a week since it was installed and no one has gotten back to me. Shocker. While the 72 hour issue made me upset the thing that will stop me from going to Home Depot again was the horrible customer service! I should have listened to all the people who told me I was better off going somewhere else.
