Really didn't have what I was looking for when I was there so was disappointed on that but had a lot of extremely decent prices on Aquarium supplies and extremely helpful employees that answered a slot of questions my son had about setting up a fish tank when we are done moving so in the long run quite a well working pet shop

Well they were extremely rude to me. They treated me like I was stupid. And pretended that the products their company sells are dangerous for animals. They completely ignored the clinical trials with dogs proving a plant-based diet gives them an extra year and a half of life. Insisting that it's unhealthy for a dog to eat plant based dog food. I couldn't believe how rude they were to me. And how hard they tried talking me out of buying the company's product. I bought it anyways because I was there. But I will be shopping elsewhere in the future. I don't need to be treated badly for extending my dog's life or going with the clinical controlled trials versus opinions.

Terrible reptile conditions. 16 leopard geckos in one filthy tank. A large and baby crested gecko were housed together, and the chamelons looked sick.

Waited over an hour to get help with fish And then they came up to me and said that the aquatic person will not be in until 2:00 which was 3 hours later they could have said that right away when I asked for help

The staff member was nice, the product selection was good but the floors were really dirty , including quite a few long- dried urine spots. We know that happens in a pet store, but it obviously hadn’t been cleaned for awhile. We bought wipes just to make sure our puppy didn’t come out with contamination on her paws. We definitely won’t shop there again with our puppy.

I can't ever get crickets for my starving lizard. I BEG them to find me help but they keep saying, "someone should be back there...." there is a line of people waiting for crickets, some of them leaving after waiting too long. This place needs SERIOUS work. This place does not care AT ALL. AVOID IF POSSIBLE AND GO TO PETSMART!!

Would not sell us a 49 cent gold fish for a 3 gallon tank. The lady said she could not sell it to us because our tank was too small. Ridiculous!!!

Staff is friendly and are always willing to help.
Store is older and could be updated but that is most stores in the area.
Has the best selection of fish in the area.

Petco in Waite Park, Mn. has earned my business for as long as I live here. It's a clean/organized store with great employees.
