Do not recommend them for grooming… I paid for the “Bath and Brush” package, I also added the Deluxe package. I didn’t receive half of the things that I paid for with those packages. My dog was super wet when I picked him up, still covered in hair, I dont think his nails were trimmed, his teeth were not brushed, he definitely didn’t have any cologne on, and sadly no bandana. Given he is a puppy and can be slightly hyper and not the best at sitting still. But that doesn’t excuse not providing half of the service that was paid for. I brought him home and brushed him myself and this is what I got off of him. I don’t think he was brushed AT ALL.

Went in to get snails and they were literally all dead. Smelled very bad and the tank was very dirty, saw all the shrimp dead too they don’t take very good care of them clearly.

The staff and managers always go the extra mile for me. I have a large pet food bill every 2 weeks and they make sure I get the best deals and match the best prices around. Thank you St. Cloud PetSmart!!!

Just left the store after being helped by Kelly. It is so refreshing to walk in to PetSmart and be IMMEDIATELY greeted by someone clearly passionate about their work. When I was little every pet store you would go to was filled with such people. And always knowledgeable. You go to Petco and they can't even tell you if guppies are schooling fish or not. Ended up spending way more than I should have just to keep conversating with Kelly about my fish tank. Will definitely be back for the quality fish but more so the knowledge staff.

Got my fish there. 6 of them the person helping I believe there name was Toma or some thing like that was helpful in advice and answered all my questions
Up date. Jay and I believe Riley are both absolutely amazing. This store is the best one I have been to. They smile and call me by name when I walk in
