Internet is down more than its working, their customer service is a joke!!! If you have the option for like the Tmobile fiber internet its 10000000% better never gos down and their customer support is so easy! I hate spectrum with every fiber of me I hate that they are our only option right now because I can't stress enough just how bad they are!!!

Saw the reviews, expected the worst. Made an appointment shortly before heading over, was helped within three minutes and was out the door in less than ten minutes. Overall was a fine experience.

Very kind and sweet staff. They were so kind to me, gave me a modem, told me to download an app.... And if was just plug and play internet. I got the $80 package which is mid tier, but it's so much better than what I had. It was awesome. I recommend

Multiple tech's were out at my house for install, car was damaged by one of the techs. Spectrum claim was denied with no proof. Not even a follow up call my the claims person to let me know the status of the claim, just a letter in the mail.

The workers there are very polite and professional, this is only about Spectrum corporate. I canceled service only 5 days into the 30 day billing cycle, but they billed me for the whole month. Spectrum as a company changed policy and as of now, even if you only had service for 1 day, they will bill you for the whole 30 days of service. You can call the company and even ask for a supervisor, it will do you no good, their hands are tied, corporate doesn't care, they will not prorate. They have no interest in trying to ensure that when a customer cancels for whatever reason, that they don't leave feeling they have been cheated or over billed. That's a bad business practice, and shows you where you as a customer ranks to that company. No reason to stay with them, it makes me all the more happy to hear TMobile fiber option came to town.

Once again raised prices without written or verbal agreement. Monthly charge increased from $49.99-$74.99-$84.99 and now $87.99. I’m sure it’s written in fine print they’re allowed to price hike without agreement but very aggravating.

Riley at our local store is the epitome of excellent customer service. He was able to straightened out the mess we had with internet and phones. However, Khalid Mallick one of the service people was not so good. Khalid had us sign up for a new promotion that i didn't want to do but was still talked into. When I requested he cancel the XUMO stream box and stop the charges for it took forever. I finally got him to pickup the box (which he insisted we go through him). But he never cancelled the $29.99 for the streaming. I had continued to pay for the $29.99 from March until June. My suggestion for is to not work with this guy. He thinks he's funny but he isn't. He insists he knows everything but regarding Spectrum he doesn't. From now on I go into our local store and get it handled that way.

I went in 6/28 and it was busy. But ally and Felica went above and beyond helping me and my sister upgrade her phone. This guy Aiden was completely unhelpful tho. And did give suggestions on how to remove location services on her phone to upgrade. But the other 2 ladies were extremely helpful. Spectrum is full of kind and helpful workers. And their services are great

Worst internet provider. I telework and constantly have my internet dropping during meetings and trainings. Yes we have increased speed to more than enough! I wish we had more options in the area :(
