Had a great night chatting with Leighton Robinson, very sweet and understanding. Had good laughs and made us feel comfortable and even ended up getting a car on the spot! Very easy to talk to and was giving us other alternatives or options just in case we didn’t get what we wanted. Overall was a great experience and enjoyed chatting to him.

We called the dealer about a specific car we saw on their website and they said it was on the lot. We made an appointment and drove 45 minutes to get there. Only to find out they actually didn’t have the car. Wow really? What kind of bare and switch was that. We walked out and will never give them our business. I would give no stars but it won’t let me

Originally had a pleasant experience with this dealership last summer (2023) when we purchased our 2014 Sante Fe.. not even a year later our engine went out. The maintenance on the vehicle had been well maintained over the year so the engine going out was completely at random. I called the dealership and they couldn’t do a single thing and told me “if they think of something that they’ll call me back” well it’s been months. I had the SUV LESS THAN A YEAR. I’m of mother of two small children and having a reliable and safe vehicle is top priority to me and the dealership could care less that I’m out $15,000. Look else where for a vehicle because god forbid something happens to your car the will do nothing to help or mend the situation. Crap service.
