Wasted multiple days waiting for people just to have it rescheduled without ever being notified. Was finally given a date that my tank was supposed to be delivered and BIG surprise it wasn’t. Please save yourself some time and go with a company that can actually keep things in order

It took two months and a second call to get a delivery. Considering the area we are in is not very populated I can't imagine the truck was not in the area sooner than two months. Also I completely support immigrants however it is very difficult to understand their speech especially on a cell phone.

Your pricing is almost double to that of other suppliers in my area. When I called to talk to someone, I couldn’t understand her and I couldn’t talk to anyone in my area. There was no attempt to negotiate a lower price and I’ve been a customer of yours for years, therefore leaving me no choice but to switch companies.

After many complaints and promises from your co. to fix this billing mess, I once again ordered a tank of gas delivered to my cabin in Nevis, MN, with myself, the owner, billed at my Mpls (Medicine Lake) address.My son has been to the cabin and thinks the tank was delivered, BUT I have seen NO bill in the weeks since my order. In the past these wandering bills have finally found their way to me. I pay immediately, but always there is an accusation of LATE PAYMENT! I do not want my perfect credit rating harmed because you cannot get the first bill to me as soon as gas is delivered!

The gas was not filled on the scheduled date. I suppose some people would appreciate you being two days early, but since the work was done at the cabin of an elderly person with memory issues, I was very unhappy that I did not know you came and I was not able to be there.

Needed gas as my tank was empty after I returned from Arizona. Forgot to kill fireplace pilot before I left so fireplace ran till tank emptied. Answering service you use showed little concern stating it would take 4 or 5 days for a refill. I found that unacceptable. I know I would have had better experience if I had been allowed to talk to local office.

Obviously not worth my time...looking for new service and called the number to get a quote. After giving the lady my address she stated they didn't service my area. I am 16 miles from the local office lol. When I told her that she just said sorry and didn't bother to verify location or anything. Probably best to keep on checking around

Lousy company. We cancelled our service in February of 2021 and they still have it all screwed up and we are in October of 2022. Nobody can seem to figure out that cancellation means WE ARE DONE! Plus, they centrally located all the customer service to a 1-800 number and when you call that you get into a run-around circus of no help if you can get through at all. If you are considering using Amerigas, I STRONGLY ADVISE to STAY AWAY!!!Follow-up...I see Amerigas responded with the generic response that they have to most negative reviews. Just to let you know that I have emailed them and that has not fixed the problems, nor have they ever got back to me! Very frustrating!

I'd give them zero stars if I could. We had them for four years. After putting up with expensive tank rentals and gas prices usually $1 more than the competitors so you have to call to get a better price. We switched so we didn't have to deal with this any more. I called the "local" number and I get someone overseas you can hardly understand. I called them in July to pick up their tanks. It is now October 14 and they are still sitting here. I called them for the fourth time today and they now give a number that no one is picking up, just rings. You can't even walk into their offices anymore. I guess I can see why if this how they treat people. Everyone coming is upset, maybe that is why the closed their local offices.
