Don’t bother with this place, awful awful service ! Internet is as slow as it comes . For $90 a month definitely now worth it, even our phone lag on the Wi-Fi even when nothing else is connected . There’s a reason they have only a 3.1 rating . If I could give 0 stars I would .

Have the minimum plan needed for internet which is 250mbps, only able to achieve download speeds of 6mbps.

The crew boring in the cable were great and personable. They got you the second star. It took a year to dig in the "temporary" cable. It has been a week since they buried the cable and you are still hooked up to the temporary cable laying in my yard which I have to move every time I am mowing. If I had an alternative for internet, I would have dropped your company six months ago.

Once again, they cannot find a glitch in email. This has affected my business and is costing my small company serious money. Once again, they say they cannot fix it on their end. Nothing is ever the problem with them. "It's not me, it's you" until months go by and someone competent takes the time to look at my account.

My initial call for service was September 2019. 10 months later I am still waiting for service. The lack of coordination with the construction crew, the lack of customer oriented care/concern is simply unbelievable. There seems to be a lack of genuine concern about the customer. There has to be a better option.

Even though we decided to no longer use their service, it was not because of their customer service. Every time I talked to them they were always so friendly and helpful.I am sad that they had to raise their prices to a level that was not feasible for us.
