Food was fine. Service was friendly but sparse. Food was dropped at table and we were never checked on. We didn't get everything we ordered and didn't get a chance to request anything else. Tomatoes would've been really good on my steak sandwich...

Waited at the service counter for 5-10 minutes without service while staff was just standing around. Got my expensive meal, which tasted okay, and left.

Clearly a local favorite. The French onion dip was super great. Unfortunately my margherita pizza came out really dry overcooked and nearly inedible. The service is really really good. It has a fun atmosphere and cool place to be on any day. The live music out on the patio is a nice added touch.

We didn’t eat here this time due to the rude reception we reviewed from the woman at the bar. There were 3 couples ( 6 people total) who went in on Saturday ( May 25,2024) afternoon approximately 3:30pm. There were a few people there but I would categorize it as not busy at all. We went to an outside table and two of us went in to order a drink at the bar. No patrons were at the bar but there was a male bartender and a woman at the end of the bar cutting menus. She snapped at us that someone would be with us once we got situated. We went back out to our table outside and waited approximately 5 minutes before we decided they likely did not want our business so we headed to another local restaurant. We would have gladly waited longer if the woman cutting the menus had been more pleasant. I have been here before and loved the food and drinks. I’m disappointed with the reception we received.

Stopped on our way North and we will definitely be back. Fresh, high quality ingredients with delicious seasonal specials. We had the roasted vegetable pizza, a steamed artichoke and an old fashioned. No notes. Everything was lovely and the service was great too. Swing into the market too, it is well-appointed and you can grab to-go items there if you can’t sit and eat. Such a great spot for a pitstop or to gather with friends!

Stop being yummy! It's unfair to all the other businesses. Delicious food and friendly staff! Cozy little place that works with what they have for a menu, and it always turns out fantastic.

Passing through town and that was the most wonderful surprise of a lunch. Fantastic owners. Fantastic food down to the tiniest ingredients. Saving this place as one of the gems of Minnesota!

Very disappointing service. After seeing people who came in 20 minutes after us get their food I went up and asked our server. She laughed and said our food went to a different table and at that time said she could get it reordered. We left. Particularly disappointing since there isn’t many options for locals like us.

Had a pepperoni and sausage pizza. We had vanilla bean ice cream with chocolate sauce. Everything was delicious. Server was friendly and knowledgeable. We will have to stop again when we are in the area.

Best food in Walker! We had the flank steak salad and the flank steak sandwich as well as the chili and wild rice mushroom soup. We went there two days before and had the most amazing tomato soup as well which we ended up buying a deli of in the attached market. Good cocktail selection also!

Wonderful find on vacation. Food is fresh, excellent flank steak. Roasted vegetable sandwich. Will try the pizza next, what was from the wood burning oven looked delicious. Great hand crafted cocktails. Lively atmosphere and all staff added to great service.

Great little high-quality market and restaurant. Really glad to see a place like this in Walker. The cocktails were all great, the marg pizza was great with the fresh moz but certainly a bit small (an inch or two smaller in diameter than a Punch pizza, for reference). The egg salad sandwich was good size and quality. Dairy free, NA wine, and mocktails were plenty. The market had some good snacks and such - should be something for anyone there. Happy this is here and will return!
