I purchased a new pontoon from here this year, the experience was top notch, Skip did a fantastic job of showing me boats, explaining the options/functions and details about each boat. the boat was ready when I arrived, it was very clean and detailed, the license numbers were installed and filled with fuel. I had it serviced recently there and the service was excellent, Eric went out of his way to take care of my concerns and returned the boat promptly and clean, every employee was friendly and helpful. This dealership obviously prides itself on customer service. highly recommend!

I had an issue with my boat while on vacation in walker. Within minutes of my call- they had a technician meet me on the water to attempt to resolve it. It ultimately needed to be brought into the shop- but Garrett was able to fix the root cause which had been flaring up for months. Everyone was extremely professional, competent, and seemed genuinely interested in getting my boat back on the water as quickly at possible. A+ crew here!

Their marina slip rentals, seasonal launch/retrieval services, and secure storage make boating effortless, and their service team consistently goes above and beyond. As a female boat owner, I especially appreciate the respect and integrity they show, I’ve always felt heard and valued.
Walker Marine is a vital part of this community, and I’m so grateful for the care they provide. I won't take my boats anywhere else.

We purchased a new pontoon 18 months ago. We had some warranty issues as well as some repairs and add/ons. Skip (owner) is extremely knowledgeable and not a pushy salesperson. He is also very focused on customer service. Erik the service manager is the same. I have been in several times and this company has never disappointed. They have gone way beyond what I would expect to ensure that we are taken care of. I can’t recommend them enough.

Walker Marine will sell you a nice boat. They sold me a nice boat. But that's where they stop. Do not ever expect them to ever follow up, including returning calls for parts or services for that boat. Have tried 6 times over 2 summers to get in touch with someone there about things for the boat they sold me. Not one single return call, even after I expressed my discontent about the issue. So get that boat you want. Just take your questions and purchases after the sale to another dealership.

Walker Marine was one of the few dealers that could find us a boat in the spring of 2021, during Covid.It's now 2 years later and are still very happy every time we work with them.They are always friendly, helpful, and accommodating, and fit us in at times that meets our schedule.Highly recommended for all aspects of boating, from purchase and delivery to ongoing maintenance and service.

6/11/22. I am a first time client of Walker Marine. I called Eric to get a trolling motor and 2 fish finders installed. They were very busy but I was assured it would be done as promised. Although the boat required more than normal install, their technician made the deadline (actually early). When I came to pick up the boat I mentioned a different issue and Rick took care of it immediately (again, they had several people needing attention) with the help of the same technician (I never got their name).Although I'm from out of town and a new client, I was treated like I was their best customer. Very professional, helpful and friendly. Great job Guys!
