If you're ever in the area, make sure to stop by Bubai, a charming little gem of an Asian store that offers a wonderful selection of authentic goods! The moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm, inviting atmosphere and friendly staff who are always happy to help. I had a great conversation with a worker named Roger, he's always welcoming and a very hardworking staff member. They carry a great variety of products, from pantry staples like rice, noodles, and sauces to unique snacks and specialty items that are hard to find anywhere else. The store is well-organized, making it easy to navigate, and they even have a small section of fresh produce and frozen goods that are perfect for any recipe.

A huge THANK YOU to this store owner for letting us take shelter during a tornado warning while we were traveling! Unfortunately the town’s power went out and he couldn’t check us out since we didn’t have cash on us. We hope to stop in again. This is a really cool store with lots of unique Asian food in addition to all the grocery staples you could want in a small town store.
