“Always quality service! This is my second time having a vehicle taken care of here and both times I’ve been impressed. I had someone back into my car in 2017 (I think) and when they were done with it you couldn’t even tell! I just had another vehicle in that was hit by something while it was parked and it’s good as new. They even cleaned my car cleaner than I could ever get it and put my belongings neatly in a tote in the back. They are always very friendly as well and have plenty to keep kids entertained if you have to bring them along. Highly recommend this body shop!”

“The wonderful People at West Oakland Auto Repair helped me out when no other shop in Austin would. A minor breakdown had me stranded at 5pm on a Friday. After calling several places (with the help of a kind employee of autozone), West Oakland said they would get me in. They quickly diagnosed a bad tensioner on my serpentine belt, sourced the part, and had me back on the road by 6pm. I couldn’t have been more thankful for their kindness.
