The car is already broken down after they fixed it. Took multiple calls to REMIND them, when promised they would go that day to get the car. A week later they did. Then they took in customers after they had it in the shop again when promised, they would have it looked at that day. Now same problems are NOT EVEN 3 WEEKS LATER. Obviously they did not fix it correctly or at all. Please don't waste your time to get ripped off or scammed. They just appreciate their locals. Not outside business. Facts

They replaced a water pump and valve cover gasket on my VW. They contacted the warranty company got the ok and performed the service. They did a great job, they were very professional and great to work with. I recommend River Road and will definitely have them do services for me again.
