“My engine died just outside of town, leaving me on the side of the highway with my family and dog. They sent a tow truck out right away and organized a second truck so that the whole family could get out of danger. They drove me to Rochester to three different car rentals, until we found an available car. We were back on the road in a couple of hours from complete engine failure! They held my car for a few days until I could arrange transport. Very helpful.”
