I use the post for my online business and have shipped over a 1000 items. They have always been accommodating and friendly. I have rarely experienced issues with the shipments during this time as well which is impressive in my opinion.

If you live in town get to know your neighbors because you will get their mail and they will get yours, frequently. It's better since I moved out of town to the country, though.

The government asks us to stay home and so I ordered my foods online this month. This is worth two good meals for my family of 6 that was destroyed by mishandling the package. You all should be treating packages as if they are fragile even without labels. This makes me sad as I depend on you guys to help deliver my food. Shame on you guys for this. I didn't get an option to send it ups or FedEx. So I had put my trust in you. I am writing this to tell you to take better care of our packages as we depend on you to help us.

Extremely poor customer service. Doesn't cost a thing to be kind, especially to people who insure your paycheck. I'll just try to avoid going in person as much as possible.

There answering machine is actually retarted and there customer service is garbage. I say all this cause they gave my package to the wrong people and now won't except my calls.

This is the second time my package has been sitting in the post office for over a week and I forgot about this one so now I won't get it before Christmas

Mail can in. Didn't get deliverwhen it was supposed to. Stopped in to pick up mail with tracking number and ID. And the lady at the front desk today at 3:30 told me I can't get my mail. Wait for it at home tomorrow and I need MY work TOOL FOR WORK TOMORROW !!!
