I had a poor experience with an older lady today. I know that this specific day I was exhausted and cranky so considering that in this review is important as well. I asked if I could do an extra large cup of an icee. I know that's not a normal priced item so I asked her to explain how much she would charge me to do that. Long story short I asked her to dumb it down three times for me so I could understand what the cost of this would be. She attempted to sell me two smaller sizes which is not as much as the extra large soda cup. Doing the math pretty quickly in my head I realized being charged a large cup and being Charged a medium cup (not discounted price) was about the equivalent of oz in the extra large soda cup. She treated me like I was attempting to scam or win one over on her she ended with grab it and I'll just charge you whatever I charge you. Never one time did she attempt to help my heat addled brain to comprehend what the sale was going to be and how we could make a satisfied customer from me. I love Casey's stores however I feel like this could've been handled a smidge differently with her showing she cared about her job and about the customers experience. All that I wanted was a big gulp of icee from a great store. Didn't happen. If you think that your smarter than someone and don't take the time to educate the unknown information with that said person then you are of no help and shouldn't be in customer service.

I ordered the medium BBQ brisket pizza, at first they didn’t put any brisket on it.. so I returned and they remade it and gave me a large & a free drink!

Every time my daughter goes in to the store and gets id'd for buying cigarettes (which we dont mind) but she gets accused of using a fake ID when it's a real PERMIT ITS NOT EXPIRED!!! ITS CALLED HARRASMENT!!! It's getting freaking old. Please teach ur employees to not Accuse my daughter for having a fake ID when it is real and she is 22 and never been introuble her whole life.

I just wanted to thank the staff there today at 3:30pm. I had no oil in my car and the worker making food was kind enough to help me out. So grateful! Thank you thank you and I will pay it forward:)

This review is comming from an employee at Caseys.During my employment, I experienced wonderful regulars who got me through the day. The daily duties were also very light and easy to complete if done regularly.This is where Caseys South goes downhill. When I arrived at the store, it was never stocked, cleaned, and for the first month of my employment there were Nats in the bakery case and creamer. Coming to work just to be told that nobody did anything was stressful. This, however, was manageable as I could just finish their jobs when customers were low.When I finished these tasks before I left everynight, I was rewarded with gossip, drama, and rude employees. Gossip happens within management as well which made me feel anxious everyday to go into work.My advice: Don't eat the donuts and only work here if you are prepared to hear nonstop gossip and a messy store.

1st stop- The cashier girl that checked me out wasn’t really educated on what type of vape products she was selling, then tells me “ you should buy these at a smoke shop instead of here”2nd stop- Different woman that checked my mother out the first stop told her at our second stop that she couldn’t use the bathroom because she was cleaning it.. yet she was at the front talking to customers. How does that work?I’m a fan of caseys when I’m in central MN. Never ever had a problem with Casey’s store ever.
