Friendly employees that go out of their way to help you only negative about Waseca dollar tree is that they don’t carry many items the other dollar tree stores, carry, Especially craft items. Great location parking area for most seniors.good hours for shopping.

They have the shelves loaded with products we need which is not the same at other locations. So helpful in this economy! Organized very well. The team does great with that and customer service!

Went there and got the Kraft mac and cheese the unicorn ones and it's expired since March 10 of 2024.. just check the dates of food when you buy it

Cashier is a rude son of a gun I can bet you that, he denied giving me a refund, and at the same he took 5 dollars from my account which I should have only paid for 2.50, terrible experience with dollar tree and your staff needs to be checked out because they ain't doing there job right, oh and cashier was a male with glasses and looked like he didn't even care about my problems with it rlbeing resolved

Great experience able to see what I needed to get very accessible and good prices, Mike the New Manager in Waseca is very rude to his employees even though still doing their jobs. having conversations with customers, Mike will tell a customer that his employees have to work without conversation Mike well interrupts conversation between customer and employee making customer feel unwelcomed. Mike should know that customer happiness is success in a business also happiness for employees increase work performance. To tell a customer they have to pay for their item and stop shopping and need to leave is one of the worst things a manager can do to the company and to customer Who's been a customer for that store for over 10 yrs makes that customer feel like you no longer want to shop at the dollar tree

The manager is super nice, as are the two male cashiers. The store was clean and organized today. Lots of cute items to choose from. A pleasant experience.
