If I could give minus stars I would. Two years in a row now we’ve had issues with this company. Last year we rented a large 10x20 unit but when we went to move into the unit it was NOT a large unit, same issue again this year. When I filled out the lease I initialed in the box that I did NOT want the monthly protection but was charged it anyway, just like this year. This year however they topped it with outright lying to me. I was told the charge was removed from my account. I logged onto my account to pay my balance, the “charge” was removed but the bottom line balance was still the same!!! We have very few options in this town for storage and are stuck with this very dishonest company. And by the way, both years I was told that the unit that was being falsely advertised as a large unit would be changed to a medium unit. Another lie. Unit 49 is still listed as a large size unit.

So excited to "win" a locker !. Linnea and John we're great to work with and got me in my locker right away. They were both friendly and quick and made the process so easy. Will definitely be buying again in the future!

Lynnea the property manager is incompetent and rude. The call center refuses to provide names and numbers for management.

We got our unit (5x10) and it was $41 for the first month, second month free and third month we get a card in the mail letting us know the rent is going up to $66 a month. Ridiculous.

Can't get a hold of anyone after the office hours for issues with your storage unit. I think they should have someone that can come out and fix the until after hours if they break. Very unprofessional
