  I travel all over the country for my job and the Thrifty White Pharmacy in Waseca, Minnesota is one of the best pharmacies I've come across. Thank You to the entire staff.

  We called at 2:00 to make sure that the prescription had been sent there. They said it would take an hour to fill. When we got there at 4:00, I expressed confusion that it would take an additional ten minutes or so. In response, the short, black-haired gal behind the counter became extremely hostile and condescending, for reasons I could not discern.

  Swapped to here a while ago, probably about a year. I usually have my prescription meds within 20 minutes and the staff have been friendly when I've conversed with them. Sometimes you have to wait for meds but places get busy so I ain't gonna gripe on it. Thank you for being local, close to home, and always being open daily. You've helped me through multiple tooth abscesses, starting new meds, and answered questions when I had them. I appreciate all you do keep up the hard work!

  I called on a Friday for a prescription that I desperately needed. I came in on the following Tuesday to pick it up and it was still not processed yet. This happens every time and I will be changing pharmacies. The workers also didn't seem to care that they were inconveniencing customers time. I work in customer service and this is absolutely unacceptable.

  Was told my medication would be ready in half hour. I drove a half hour just to be told they don't have it in stock. Waste of my time is all they did for me. 🤡

  It's nice to have an in town pharmacy option. They do a good job and are very helpful.

  Every single time I refill my prescriptions, it’s over the phone ordering system. I accept the earliest time possible every time, and every single time I go to pick up my meds, they’re never ready or even filled. Today, I ordered a refill over the phone at about 9am. Accepted the 10am pick up time. I went to the pharmacy at 2:45 this afternoon and my 1 medication that I ordered, wasn’t ready. The employee looked behind my vehicle in the drive up and said ‘oh good, no one is waiting behind you.’ I didn’t have time to wait and had to get back to work. She said it would be a 20 min wait. 20 minutes to fill 1 30 day supply of pills?! That’s insane. This happens every single time I try to refill medications for myself or my son. Why give a pick up time option, if you’re just going to fill them after the customer shows up anyway? Extremely unimpressed with this type of customer care.

  I was dealing with a rash and came in to buy some hydrocortisone around noon on a Sunday. I was third in line and the customer in front of me asked to have the person working to go around the store to get things for him from his list. I’m fine with that but common sense and courtesy says to help the only other person in the store with one item first. I waited for 15 minutes while they’re walking and talking throughout the store. I asked the other person working (older gentleman) to help me after a while and he said he can’t run the till. I left and went to WalMart.

  Thrifty white employees always go above and beyond. They are knowledgeable and patient with their customers. They take the time to address the concerns even though they are swamped. Excellent service.

  hate the consults. i already consulted with my doctor please stop asking me personal questions about my health and why MY PROVIDER prescribed what they did. hate coming in for this reason.

  Very poor communication! Was supposed to get my daughters meds by Wednesday and it never came in no one called to tell me. Was then told it would be in Friday once again went to go get it and wasn’t there but no one bothered to call me to let me know. Just tried getting 2 of my kids eye drops for pink eye and the lady that answered the phone told me I can’t pick it up today as it won’t be ready since it was just called in! Are you serious it’s for an illness get real!!

  Thrifty in Mankato is great! I try to drive there when I can to avoid the Waseca one. Had to have some transferred though to Waseca. I needed them that day since I was going on an unexpected trip, but they weren’t done by the time I left, so the next chance I got was today to check. That’s five days they’ve had to fill them since the transfer.Go in, talk to the pharmacist, “they’re not filled, we’re still working on them.” After FIVE DAYS?“When will they be done?”“One hour.”Gave them more than an hour. “Done?”“No! Just give us a minute!”I refuse to spend all day trying to give business to the pharmacist who fills attitude before they fill medications.Next time, if I can’t make it to Thrifty in Mankato, I’ll have them sent to Waseca’s Walmart. They’re a lot more kind and helpful.
